Jason Belanger has called LaSalle home for more than 30 years. He and his wife raised their family here, and LaSalle remains the community they are proud to call home.
Jason brings close to 35 years of public-sector experience, with a background in leadership, technology, policy, project management, budgeting, procurement and organizational governance.
For the past several years, Jason has taken a close interest in how LaSalle operates. He has spent countless hours reading budgets, staff reports, studies and policies, researching major projects and understanding how decisions are made and public money is spent.
He believes Council has an important responsibility to provide oversight, ask informed questions and understand what it is approving before decisions are made.
Most of all, Jason wants to help build a community where our kids can grow up, build their lives and afford to call LaSalle home too.
On October 26, Jason is asking for your support to bring Evidence, Value and Accountability to LaSalle Council.
